Josh is the Founder and CEO of TxtSquad, a proud graduate of the Genesis Enterprise Program and a member of the TinySeed America’s cohort for 2023. Previously Josh built a tech consulting company which birthed TxtSquad all while instructing in the Software Development program at the College of the North Atlantic.
Before returning to Newfoundland to launch his company, Josh gained international experience living, working and studying in England and Ireland for 5 years. Josh studied Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science at Mount Allison University (Class 2001) and he holds a Masters degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo (Class 2003) and an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School (Class 2011).
Josh is also a music and podcast enthusiast, co-hosting 'Talking Maiden', world's most popular Iron Maiden podcast with over 1,000,000 listens to date.
